As a growing independent brand, we are currently unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference or accidental purchases. We kindly ask that you review our Size Guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at activebyasme@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
